Our client, a agile renewable energy company, is seeking a senior lawyer with 5-10 years’ PQE to join the team in Australia. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will provide strategic and commercial legal support across project development and lifecycle.

You will draft, negotiate and review a range of agreements including project, construction, finance, and operations & maintenance, and contribute to corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
