Client Success Manager

Location: Remote — Australia-based, working Australian hours

Compensation: $4,000/mo base + performance bonus — OTE $8,000–$10,000/mo , DOE and demonstrated performance

What You'll Own

- A portfolio of clients — you're their go-to person, start to finish
- Onboarding that sets the tone right, and regular check-ins that keep clients on track toward their goals
- Spotting risk early and fixing it before it becomes a cancellation
- Retention and renewals — plus flagging upsell/referral opportunities when you see them
- Clean, accurate CRM data — status, notes, health scores, renewal dates
- Tight coordination with sales, delivery, and ops to get client issues solved fast

What Makes You a Fit

- 1+ years in client success, account management, or customer support (agency/coaching/SaaS experience is a big plus)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Self-starter — you own your book of clients without being micromanaged
- Comfortable in a CRM (Close, GHL, or similar) and moving rapid in a remote team
- You read a health score and act on it — not just report it
