Our client is a highly regarded national law firm with a market-leading Environment & Planning practice. Acting for a diverse mix of government, developer and private sector clients, the team is recognised for its high-quality work, collaborative culture, and strong reputation in the market.

Working within a growing and highly respected Planning & Environment team, you will advise on a broad range of litigation, advisory and transactional matters across both the public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Advising public and private sector clients on a broad range of planning, environmental and development-related matters
n
- Managing contentious matters and supporting clients through regulatory, approval and litigation processes
n
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex transactional and project documentation; and
n




- Contributing to high-value projects by delivering commercially focused and technically robust legal advice.
n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- 3+ years' PAE in Environment & Planning law gained within a reputable private practice environment.
n
- Strong analytical, research and drafting skills, with experience preparing legal advice and contractual documentation.
n
- The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team and build strong client relationships.
n
