We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a passionate team within a globally recognised fashion brand.

This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who loves fashion, people and sales, and knows how to create a store environment where both customers and teams thrive.

What you'll be doing

- Lead, coach and develop a high‐performing team
n
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
n
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong service culture
n
- Take ownership of day‐to‐day store operations
n
- Recruit, train and develop team members
n
- Lead VM, floor changes,
promotions and store initiatives
n
- Work closely with the District Manager to deliver business goals
