About the role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our projects.

n

Reporting to the Project Directors, you will take ownership from contract award through to completion and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on time and to a high standard.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Developing and managing project programs, procurement plans, budgets, resources, risks and key milestones
n
- Leading project teams, including Contract Administrators, Site Managers, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Managing project costs, forecasts, progress claims, variations and contractual obligations
n
- Proactively addressing issues affecting time, cost, quality or safety
n
- Building trusted relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
n
- Chairing site, project team and Project Control Group meetings
n
- Supporting and developing project team members
n
- Managing projects through to successful completion and handover
n

n

About you

n

You will be an experienced construction professional with a strong record of successfully delivering commercial construction, fit-out and/or refurbishment projects.

n

You'll also bring:

n

n
- Solid project planning,



commercial and contract management capability
n
- Experience managing project budgets, programs, contracts and multidisciplinary teams
n
- Confidence presenting at client, stakeholder and tender meetings, with the ability to communicate clearly, build credibility and influence outcomes
n
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
n
- Sound knowledge of construction safety, quality and environmental requirements
n
- A high level of accountability, professionalism and commercial awareness
n
- A relevant qualification in construction management and/or project management, or a related discipline
n
