Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with a strong focus on Camunda 8 to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, with a proven track record of leveraging Camunda 8 for process automation and orchestration. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Design and architect scalable and efficient technical solutions using Camunda 8.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
n
- Lead the implementation of process automation initiatives, ensuring best practices are followed.
n
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
n
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance the development process.
n
- Ensure system performance, security,



and reliability through rigorous testing and monitoring.
n
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Camunda and related technologies.
n
- Document architectural designs, processes, and best practices for future reference.
n

Mandatory Skills:

n

- Solid expertise in Camunda 8, including BPMN, DMN, and CMMN.
n
- Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.
n
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
n
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
n
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n

Preferred Skills:

n

- Familiarity with Java and Spring Framework.
n
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
n
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
n
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
n
- Understanding of data modeling and database design.
n
