Anglicare NT in Darwin is seeking a ReConnect Youth & Family Worker to provide youth-centred, family-focused case management and practical support to vulnerable young people and their families.

Working within a strengths-based, trauma-informed framework, you will deliver case management, perform assessments, develop plans, facilitate group programs and collaborate with government and community services. This is a part time fixed-term position until 30 June 2027.
