Job Description

The Social CliQ in Melbourne is seeking a Client Strategy & Growth Director to lead client strategy, commercial growth and people leadership. You'll guide pitches, onboarding and strategic direction, then empower Account Management to execute outstanding work for Tier 1 clients.

You'll partner with MD and GM to identify recent business opportunities, drive profitability, and mentor a high-performing client services team while shaping the future of the agency.
