Our client is a quick-growing medicinal cannabis company. We’re seeking a vibrant, ethical medical commercial professional to build partnerships with healthcare providers and drive education and access across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

What you’ll do

- Introduce and represent our client’s medicinal cannabis portfolio to GPs, specialists, nurses, clinics, pharmacists and dispensaries.
- Deliver clinical education, in-services and presentations; attend conferences and events.
- Own territory and key account plans—identify opportunities, execute growth strategies and track results.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships; provide exceptional customer service and timely support.
- Navigate compliance requirements and maintain accurate activity reporting (CRM).

What you’ll bring





- 3+ years in customer-facing healthcare or life sciences sales roles (e.g., Pharmaceutical Representative, Medicinal Cannabis or related).
- Existing relevant Melbourne network and territory management knowledge.
- Previous experience promoting to GPs and/or Specialists is preferred.
- Experience in medicinal cannabis is highly regarded but not essential.
- Proven success developing and executing strategic business plans.
- Excellent communication, education/presentation and negotiation skills; strong analytics.
- Understanding of TGA compliance and the Australian regulatory landscape.
- Self-starter with high integrity, initiative and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
