At MaxiPARTS, we’re Australia’s leading trailer parts supplier, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Adelaide Branch.

While advertised externally as a Customer Service Representative, this position is internally classified as a Parts Interpreter. You’ll combine great customer service with product and parts support, helping customers identify what they need, processing orders and providing practical solutions.

If you have experience in customer service, internal sales, automotive parts, trucks, transport, warehousing or a similar industry, this could be a great next step.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll be an important point of contact for our customers and will support them with enquiries, orders and product solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Deliver friendly and professional customer service in-store, by phone, and online
- Assist customers with orders, quotes, and product enquiries (training provided)
- Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure smooth operations
- Learn to identify the right trailer parts and solutions using our catalogues and systems
- Build strong customer relationships while developing your technical product knowledge

You're a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in quick-paced environments. You’ll bring:

- Previous experience in customer service,



internal sales, parts, automotive, transport, warehousing or a similar setting
- Strong communication and computer literacy skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- A commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
