MW Tours, based in Brisbane, seeks an Inside Sales/Reservation Manager for a full-time, in office role in the Greater Brisbane Area. You will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes, and handle reservations from quote to confirmation, supporting travel agents and direct clients with tailored itineraries and product recommendations.
You will drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, maintain supplier relationships, monitor the booking pipeline, and help train teammates while upholding company
