Our client is a global leader in analytical and medical instrumentation who support the life sciences & pharmaceutical industries. As a Technical Support Technician, you'll support with installation and maintenance of a wide range of medical imaging equipment.

Responsibilities include:

n

n
- Develop a robust knowledge of the company's product range
n
- Perform installations and maintenance of medical imaging equipment (x-rays, CTs)
n
- Conduct preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs
n
- Support sales staff with technical information and knowledge.
n
- Respond in a timely manner to customer complaints
n
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of service visits
n
- Assisting with service contract renewals and finding new service business opportunities
n

Must have:

n

n
- Restricted electrical license
n
- Available for a rotating on-call roster




n
- Available for regional, domestic and international travel
n

n

Skills/Experience

n

n
- Degree, diploma, or trade certification in Electronics or Electrical field
n
- Experience in field service of medical imaging equipment
n
- Network and Dicom set up experience essential
n
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
n
- Valid driver's licence and eligibility to work in Australia
n
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
n
