Senior Business Services Accountant | Advisory & Manager Pathway – Canberra Region, Australian Capital Territory

Salary: $90k‑$125k Super (per annum). Contract: Permanent. This role offers a clear progression path to Manager within a well‑established qualified services firm.

What you’ll do

Manage a portfolio of business clients; prepare and review financial statements and tax returns; develop trusted client relationships; provide accounting,



tax and advisory support; identify opportunities to add value beyond compliance; support and mentor junior team members; take increasing responsibility for client relationships and engagements.

What you’ll bring

Strong Australian public practice experience; solid Business Services and Tax experience; CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification; confidence managing client relationships and deadlines; strong communication and technical accounting skills; ambition to progress towards Manager.
