ABOUT THE ROLE

Working as part of a team and being the face of our organisation, we are seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to work at our Warrnambool clinic as the face of our organisation, as you deliver on the highest standards of services to our patients, referrers and community.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Answering Calls: Be the friendly, professional voice that patients and referrers hear.
n
- Scheduling: Use our state-of-the-art RIS system - Visage.
n
- Maximising Efficiency: Keep things running smoothly by managing appointments.
n
- Referrals: Action patient referrals from multi-disciplinary teams.
n
- Prepping Patients: Explicit communication to patients informing them of preparation, costing estimates and other requirements.
n
