The Learning Support role delivers planned, person-centred sessions across Barford and Old Sarum Development Centres, promoting safe, inclusive and outcome-focused practice. The role supports adults to improve wellbeing, develop skills and progress into community participation, volunteering, work placements and, where appropriate, paid employment. The postholder contributes to the delivery of the 2026–27 Service Development Plan and supports achievement of agreed KPI measures.

Part time contract available hours negotiable 12 / 24 hours. Car driver preferred but not essential. Base location to be confirmed.
