Job Description

Local Health Services Australia is looking for a dedicated, compassionate individual to join our team of Support Workers in Punchbowl NSW.

As a Support Worker you will be working as a companion to our NDIS participants performing tasks such as assisting with daily personal activities and community participation for a Mental Health Client

Within your role you will promote dignity, respect and choice and support our NDIS participants to live their best life and you will ensure the client is at the centre of everything you do.

- Supportive & friendly team environment
- Fortnightly pay - $33 - $35 per hr plus super

What you will need?

- Cert III in disability / aged care
- First Aid certificate
- CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Car and insurance
