Care Connect is seeking a friendly Intake Coordinator to join our Client Services team. You will manage enquiries and referrals, gather information, assess needs and schedule assessments, ensuring a positive first interaction with clients.

You will work in a rapid-paced environment, building rapport with clients, families and referral partners while meeting KPIs and contributing to service improvements.
