You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning setting where children thrive.**What you’ll do*** Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF* Inspire and mentor Educators within your room* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment* Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community* Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies* Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences**What you’ll bring*** A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)* Current First Aid, CPR,
