Downer is seeking a People & Culture Officer to join our Queensland team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Based at Maryborough and Torbanlea sites, you will support onboarding, HR administration and data reporting to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work with Leaders and Employees, maintain HR records and respond to HR inquiries, contributing to an inclusive, secure workplace aligned with Zero Harm culture.
