About the Role

n

We're partnering with a nationally recognised organisation seeking a highly capable Systems Administrator to join their technology team.

n

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced infrastructure professional who is comfortable operating at a Level 3 technical capacity. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving core technology platforms across servers, Microsoft 365, networking, security and virtualisation environments while helping deliver key technology initiatives.

n

The position offers a mix of BAU infrastructure support, strategic improvement work and participation in technology projects, making it well suited to someone who enjoys variety and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows Server environments
n
- Maintain virtual infrastructure, backup platforms and disaster recovery capabilities
n
- Monitor,



secure and improve network infrastructure and connectivity services
n
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical incidents
n
- Support infrastructure projects, system upgrades and cloud initiatives
n

n

About You

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in systems administration, infrastructure support or a similar technical role
n
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments
n
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience across Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
n
- Expertise with networking technologies including firewalls, switches, routing and VPNs
n
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Azure and security-focused infrastructure management
n
