Job Description

Darling Downs Health's Acute Response Team is seeking a skilled mental health qualified to support children, young people and families across our region. You will deliver respectful assessments, interventions and case management, building recovery-focused outcomes and coordinating with families and health professionals.

You'll mentor colleagues, lead quality improvement initiatives, and work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team to strengthen services, safety and outcomes.
