As such, Forch Australia is seeking a talented Sales Consultant for Albury and Wagga Wagga surroundings. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by providing exceptional customer service and generating new sales opportunities.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

- Actively engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions
- Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and KPIs
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Cold calling/ prospecting new business to grow the active customer base
- Following a structured call cycle using our CRM tool
- Maintaining up-to-date Forch product knowledge to promote, sell and provide reliable advice
- Conducting regular onsite client visits, including assisting with Forch Varo storageinstallations
- Ensuring Varo units are fully stocked, maintained and presented to standard during each visit
- Participatingin sales campaigns and promotions to drive revenue and achieve individual/team targets
- Collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Contributingto the development of sales strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives
