Ghanda Clothing in Burleigh Heads, QLD is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead the GhandaGang and drive store performance. You will oversee a team of up to 20, coach them daily, and ensure brand standards across visuals, service, and stock control.

You will also manage rosters, sales reporting, and store compliance while embracing Ghanda values and providing exceptional customer experiences. This role offers a 38-hour week, clothing/phone allowances, monthly bonuses, and staff discounts.
