Our client is a growing and well-established organisation experiencing continued success and expansion. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys a diverse role across accounts receivable, credit, banking, and reconciliations while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time office-based position offering the chance to join a collaborative, supportive, and people-focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Credit Manager, this role includes but is not limited to:

- Managing daily banking and receipting activities
- Processing and allocating payments
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
- Conducting credit checks and assisting with credit limit reviews
- Monitoring customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements




- Assisting with the administration of receivables and related processes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding account queries
- Assisting with month-end activities and ad hoc finance tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong experience with payment allocation, receipting, and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A positive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and contribute
