BaptistCare SA is seeking a Residential Youth Support Worker to assist with day-to-day operation of a residential facility for vulnerable young people. You will provide practical and personal support, promote independence, and help develop essential living skills within a trauma-informed framework.

The role focuses on building positive relationships, maintaining a safe setting, and supporting the achievement of Care Plans and Program objectives in partnership with the youth.
