IHG Hotels & Resorts in Victoria is seeking a Duty Manager to drive guest experiences, oversee front desk operations and lead a busy team. You will set high standards, resolve issues with grace and ensure seamless service across the hotel.

You will coach your team, manage shifts, handle emergencies and maintain operational excellence while upholding IHG's True Hospitality philosophy and Holiday Inn brand promise of making our guests smile. Fluency in English is essential.
