Selection Criteria

- Have excellent planning skills and the ability to create programs that cater for individual differences.
- Have the ability to analyse and use data to inform teaching and learning practices in order to raise student levels of achievement.
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills so as to engage positively with colleagues, students and parents.
- Have excellent classroom management and organisational skills that create a supportive and safe environment.
- Have an excellent understanding of a variety of assessment and reporting strategies and the need to provide effective and timely feedback to parents and students.
- Have the capacity to be a pro‑active member of a professional learning community complying with legal, administrative and professional requirements.
- Demonstrate an ability to integrate technology effectively into the daily classroom workplace.
- A preparedness to be fully involved in school activities.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor of Education or equivalent.
