This is a newly created position focused on taking our wash bay operation to the next level. As we continue to grow, we're investing in stronger leadership, better structure and higher quality outcomes across our fleet presentation.

About the Role

You will take ownership of the cleanliness, presentation and readiness of our fleet, including trucks, trailers and light vehicles.

This role also plays a key part in supporting workshop operations through vehicle movements, including Prime Movers and Trailers. It's ideal for an experienced MC driver looking to step off the road into a more stable, structured role with real ownership.

You will lead the team, improve processes and help raise standards across safety, quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the wash bay team and manage daily workflow
- Move vehicles within the yard and workshop including Prime Movers and Trailers
- Lift presentation standards across the fleet
- Complete inspections and maintain accurate records
- Train and support team members
- Manage stock and maintain a safe, organised workspace
- Work closely with the Workshop Team

- Are an MC driver, particularly from a PUD background, wanting to step off the road
- Want ownership and the chance to build and improve a function
- Take pride in high quality work and attention to detail
- Prefer a focused, no fuss work environment

What You Will Bring

- Current MC Driver Licence essential
- Leadership or team leader experience
- Robust organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physical, outdoor role
- Forklift Licence desirable
