Catholic Healthcare in Tumut is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide direct clinical care to residents in our aged care home. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will deliver person-centred care and support the care team to maintain high standards.
You will hold current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing, with solid knowledge of aged care standards, AN-ACC processes, and excellent communication and IT skills. A police check and NDIS clearance are expected commitments.
