About The Role

The People and Culture (P&C;) Systems Analyst supports the effective management of Wilmar’s P&C; systems via systems administration, reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing systems, automating processes and improving workforce information management. It also provides specialist support to stakeholders and contributes to key P&C; and business reporting requirements.

Role Responsibilities

- Maintain organisational structures, position data and employee records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyse workforce, payroll and HR data to provide reporting and insights and to support business decision-making.
- Using modern technologies, develop, prepare and maintain regular and ad hoc reports, including workforce metrics and statutory reporting requirements.
- Support the enhancement,



testing and administration of P&C; systems, including SAP and related technologies.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities and modern technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Provide P&C; systems expertise, guidance and support to Payroll, People & Culture teams and other business stakeholders.

About You

You are a highly organised and analytical professional with experience working in P&C;, payroll, systems administration or a data-driven environment. You have a strong eye for detail, enjoy working with data, and can translate complex information into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders. With advanced Excel or Power BI skills and a passion for continuous improvement, you are comfortable working across systems, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve data quality. Experience with SAP HR, reporting tools or Microsoft Power Platform solutions will be highly regarded, along with your ability to build strong relationships and provide practical support across the business.

Essential

- 3+ years’ experience in P&C; systems, SAP HR, payroll administration, or a similar systems-focused environment.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Power Platform skills with the ability to analyse, manipulate and report on complex workforce data.
- Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate data in a time-critical setting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Desirable

- Experience within the sugar industry, including knowledge of sugarcane production systems, variety development and adoption.
