Specsavers Port Melbourne is a 12-month fixed-term full time role focussed on developing our professional development programs for clinicians. You will help create pathways, training resources and engagement initiatives to grow capability and retention across AU/NZ.
Reporting to the Head of Professional Development ANZ, you will collaborate with Partners and stakeholders to deliver CPD programs, early career initiatives and recognition activities that enhance patient care and clinicians’ growth.
