- Full-Time Permanent Role | Mon-Fri, 7:30AM - 4:30PM

- This role will suit a highly motivated Shipping Clerk to work in the Melbourne Assembly Plant.
n

ROLE

n

This position reports into the Plant Manager and handles orders from packaging shipment to final ship-off.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

n

n
- Entering shipment data into carrier systems (TNT DHL Rhenus).
n
- Entering and certifying data in internal systems.
n
- Attaching appropriate documentation to each shipment.
n
- Confirming shipment carriers and loading trucks.
n
- End of day system closeouts.
n
- Move finished belts from Assembly to Shipping and consolidate orders for shipment.
n
- Pack and process completed orders.
n
- Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on or before scheduled ship date.
n
- Perform housekeeping duties as required.
n
- Exhibit teamwork and self-management.
n
- Follow all safety procedures and policies.
n

QUALIFICATIONS

n

n
- 3+ years of similar work experience; previous shipping experience desired.
n
- Forklift LF Licence is required.
n
- Prior working knowledge of Oracle operating system would be beneficial, but training can be provided.
n
- Self-managed and proactive.
n




- Energetic and well organised.
n
- Robust interpersonal communication skills.
n
- Team player.
n
- Willing to work outside of regular hours, when required (occasional).
n
- Flexibility to support other departments.
n
