We're currently recruiting full-time Customer Service Specialists to join our AAMI team in Brisbane, helping customers right across Australia.

Shift Pattern

This Is a Full-time Role Offering
n
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
n
Start window: 9:00am – 11:00am (During daylight saving: 8:00am – 10:00am)
n
Please note: 'Start window' means you may be rostered to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be available to work within this window.

- Support customers with their insurance enquiries over the phone

- Provide personalised solutions that meet customers' needs

Your success starts with investing in your development.

You'll complete a 7-week, full‐time paid training program based in our Brisbane office, giving you all the knowledge and support you need to succeed.

Please note you'll be required to work full‐time from the Brisbane office during training. Once training is complete, you'll transition to your roster and our flexible hybrid working model.
