About the Role

n

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be a person who enjoys the challenge of a hands on role, thrives in an exclusive club workplace and wants to make a difference ensuring food hygiene and health and safety compliance is maintained at all times.

n

Essential Criteria:

n

n
- Prior kitchen experience;
n
- Available to work early mornings, late nights and weekends;
n
- Takes impeccable pride in their appearance and personal hygiene;
n
- Adheres to exceptional service standards; and
n
- Holds a clear understanding of both written & spoken English.
n

n

Duties and Responsibilities:

n

n
- Clean kitchen;
n




- Wash dishes;
n
- Maintain kitchen;
n
- Assist with food preparation;
n
- Assist with clearing and maintaining lounge;
n
- Stock for daily business and maintain stock levels; and
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
n

n

The role requires you to work across a 7-day roster however please note:

n

n
- The spread of hours will be allocated in collaboration with you to suit the needs of both the club and you;
n
- You will not be required to work every weekend if this is your preference;
n
- You will be a valued team member and treated accordingly; and
n
- Your input and ideas will be heard and implemented.
n

- Flexible hours and days are required for this role
n
- Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview
n
- All Next Gen employees require a working with children check before commencing
