Foundry Talent Partners represents a rapid-growing Sydney fintech lender seeking a Collections Officer for its credit team. This second-line role covers a portfolio of loans from settlement through to close, with a focus on customer care and proactive recovery.

You will own relationships with customers and brokers, monitor key dates, manage arrears end-to-end, and assess hardship requests in line with policy.
