Accent Group, a leading Australian retail group, seeks a Head of eCommerce to steer the ecommerce strategy and performance for Platypus Shoes, Hype DC and Subtype from its Melbourne base. You will define forecasting, budgeting and commercial plans across brands, driving growth and profitability.

You will lead a seven-solid team, oversee ecommerce trading, CRO, UX and product discovery, and collaborate with IT, CRM and marketing to deliver a seamless customer journey across multiple platforms.
