About The Role

You will be an integral part of the team, providing exceptional legal services to clients in estate and succession planning .

You will spend most of your time working autonomously and alongside a Director, with support from senior associates specialising in estate planning, on complex estate planning matters.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Conducting due diligence investigations relating to clients' existing documents, circumstances, and asset ownership structures, and reporting on your findings.
- Drafting complex Wills, enduring powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Working closely with clients, referrers, accountants, and financial planners to develop tailored estate plans and asset protection strategies.
- Managing files with meticulous attention to legal and procedural detail.
- Providing strong technical expertise across complex estate planning matters.

About You

While our client is seeking an estate planning lawyer,



they are also open to candidates with experience in estate administration and/or estate litigation.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

- 4+ years' PAE, or 2+ years' experience in succession law and/or related areas.
- A strong desire to excel and become one of the best in their field.
- A deep interest in estate planning and succession law.
- Proven experience in Wills and estate planning.
- Strong technical legal expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in legal practice management software; experience with Actionstep and NetDocuments is advantageous.
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to ongoing professional development.
