Full time, continuing role Based at Macquarie University, Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde About the Role The School of Engineering invites applications for an Associate Professor in Civil Engineering (Teaching and Research) with a specialization in Transport Engineering .

In this role, you will deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate education, supervise Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students, secure competitive research funding, and strengthen Macquarie University's strategic connections within the transport industry.



The successful applicant will have a proven track record of creating engaging learning experiences for students and driving real-world impact through their research. We are seeking candidates with expertise in making transportation systems efficient, reliable, affordable, and sustainable.

Areas of particular interest include network planning and modelling, safety, public transport analysis, and environmental modelling. This is a full-time, continuing (tenure-track) position based at our Wallumattagal (North Ryde) Campus in Sydney.
