The Valuable Guys is seeking a Returns Analyst within the Customer Solutions - Post Sales Support team. You will drive efficiency for the Gold Service Extras program by investigating charges, identifying breakdowns, and holding vendors and internal teams to account for costs that are not warranted.

Key responsibilities include reconciling and analyzing costs, pursuing valid reversals, coordinating with underwriters, and delivering reporting that highlights cost drivers and savings opportunities
