Job Description

About the role:
Step into a key leadership role on our Assembly floor! As Production Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of your area, leading your team through clear direction and support to deliver production excellence, superior quality outcomes and a safe, high-performing work environment.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead by example on safety culture, ensuring hazards are identified, escalated and controlled
- Ensure GMP,



housekeepingand food safety requirements are met in line with HACCP compliance
- Own line efficiency, product qualityand manufacturing goals for your area
- Coordinate training and onboarding, driving our How We Work Together Commitments across the team
- Roster and manage staffing levels, addressing performance and team issues as they arise

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years' experience leading or managing people in a quick-paced food processing environment
- Available to work 13:54 -22:06, Monday to Friday with a willingness to perform OT as required
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles and HACCP requirements
- Demonstratedexperience managing and overseeing large onsite teams of up to250 employees
- A sharp eye for detail with a strong focus on performance, line efficiency, product qualityand safety
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead with respect and open communication
