We're seeking a highly analytical Finance Analyst to join a growing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large data sets, performing complex reconciliations, identifying trends and improving reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform reconciliations and consolidations across multiple data sources
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify insights and trends
- Support month end and management reporting
- Investigate data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy
- Develop reporting models, dashboards and analytical tools
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business

About You

- 2 to 5 years' experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, Reporting or a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and Power Query




- Strong experience working with large and complex data sets
- Excellent reconciliation, consolidation and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and analytical capability
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
- Insurance experience would be highly regarded, however we are equally interested in candidates from banking, wealth management, funds management and broader financial services environments.
