Newcastle Anglican is seeking an Alcohol & Other Drugs Caseworker / Group Facilitator to support clients exiting correctional facilities and inpatient units. The role focuses on case management and facilitating AOD groups, developing individual case plans to build family and community connections.
You will join a close-knit team delivering post-care supports, helping clients access housing, employment, education and training, and navigate Centrelink and parole processes.
