We are looking for switched on office all-rounders to provide professional front line customer service and administration support for the regional team and its customers.

n

About the Role

n

As a Customer Service and Admin Support Officer you will be responsible for:

n

n
- A variety of word processing, records management, data entry, office administration and customer service duties
n
- Providing consistent high quality front line customer service (including initial advice, information, guidance, escalating and redirecting issues as required)
n
- Managing customer information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity
n
- Providing feedback and information to contribute towards an ongoing improvement in customer and administrative service activities
n
- Undertaking accounts receivable services including cash receipting, debt management assistance and financial reconciliations in accordance with agency standards and procedures.
n

About You

n

As you can see this is a hands on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude. You'll be busy and be a front face for the Cent ral Tablelands team.

n

You'll need to have robust , professional communication skills, an eye for the details and be someone who's comfortable both processing accurate data and information as well as speaking to both internal and external customers.

n

Previous experience in a customer service related position or an office administration role would be a plus and a srong understanding and a passion for technology would also be a benefit in the role .
