We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a fantastic team for a globally recognised sports and lifestyle brand in Chatswood.

n

This is a hands-on role for a leader who loves being on the floor, developing their team and creating a store customers want to come back to. You'll have real ownership of the store, with the support of a well-established global business behind you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Lead, coach and develop your team

- Drive sales and deliver against store targets

- Create an exceptional customer experience

- Lead from the front and stay connected to your team

- Coach and develop your people to reach their potential

- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store

- Maintain strong standards across stock, VM and operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous Store Manager experience
n
- A confident, hands-on people leader
n
- Strong commercial and sales focus
n
- Someone who enjoys coaching and developing a team
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail workplace
n
- Sports, footwear or lifestyle experience is highly regarded
n
