Easy Online Doctor is hiring a hands-on Growth Manager to own paid marketing across Australia, from scratch, driving real, measurable growth. You’ll execute, test, iterate and scale campaigns with a bias for fast wins and long‑term LTV, balancing CAC and conversion rate optimization.

You’ll build paid social from Meta first, expand to TikTok, YouTube and Spotify as warranted, and own Google Ads, with Looker Studio and GA4 for reporting.
