Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott Racing are seeking a motivated, mature-minded Accounts Officer to join our dynamic Finance team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable, assist with payroll processing, perform daily bank reconciliations, and support month-end reporting.

Working closely with the broader team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Process AP invoices, supplier reconciliations, and scheduled payment runs.
- Manage AR, including collections and customer account reconciliations.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure precise data entry across systems.
- Assist with month-end financial preparation and reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain streamlined accounting workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile





- Proven experience in a similar accounts or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in Xero; experience with Prism is highly regarded.
- Sharp attention to detail, solid problem-solving skills, and high critical-thinking ability.
- A mature, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with strong personal accountability.
