About Us The NBL Group is the fast-moving, growth-focused, entrepreneurial sports and entertainment business behind Australia's two premier basketball competitions: the National Basketball League (NBL) and the Women's National Basketball League (WNBL).

The Role

As Head of 3x3 Hustle, you'll own the strategic growth, commercial success and operational delivery of Australia's national 3x3 basketball participation programme, from expanding the national licensee network and landing commercial partnerships,



to delivering marquee events like the Junior and University Nationals and running the Hustle Hires business.

Reporting to the General Manager, Licensing, and leading the 3x3 Hustle Product Assistants, this is a general management role in everything but title: the breadth, autonomy and commercial instinct to run your own business unit, and the appetite to actually enjoy doing it.

Who We're Looking For

We want someone who owns and grows this dynamic participation product, through relationships and delivering outstanding competitions and events.

You're the right fit if you:

- Have run a programme, product or business unit, juggling budgets, stakeholder networks and a delivery team with equal confidence
- Bring strong commercial instincts: sponsorship, partnerships or business development are your comfort zone
- Have delivered national-scale events end to end: venues, suppliers, on-ground teams and post-event reconciliation
- Communicate with equal confidence across licensees, government bodies, commercial partners and your own team
- Bring genuine passion for basketball and community sport, it shapes every call you make
