Your opportunity:
You'll be joining a friendly and supportive College Services team, with plenty of variety and the prospect to develop your skills across different areas of school administration.
Responsibilities include:
Support the day-to-day management of school/college support staff, including recruitment and selection, induction and training, workforce needs, staff records, compliance training, workload monitoring and identification of performance or professional development needs.
Interpret and apply departmental and school policies, guidelines, legislative requirements and procedures, including managing Blue Card processes, ADO arrangements, timesheets and providing advice on staff leave entitlements.
Organise and manage supply and contract placements for teaching and support staff under the direction of the Principal, Executive Principal or Business Manager, and provide Injury Management support where required.
Provide financial and administrative support, including maintaining financial registers and staff data,
assisting with budget reviews, purchasing and payment plans, managing Centrepay and school/college purchased time, identifying issues and recommending process improvements.
Assist with the management and coordination of school resources, assets and facilities, including stocktakes, maintenance activities, facility hire, inspections, minor works and capital works projects, in accordance with relevant requirements and school needs.
