ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into the Park Manager, you must be able to work autonomously or as part of a team. You must enjoy working around people and be able to communicate easily and confidently. You will take pride in your appearance, be self-motivated and have an eye for detail.

This role will require you to work across all areas, which will include general front office receptionist duties, cleaning of tourist cabins, amenities, and common areas and general grounds and park maintenance The successful applicant must possess;

- Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role.
- Reservation System Experience e.g., RMS preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant.




- Customer Service Experience
- Hands on participation in the cleaning of all buildings and accommodation areas as directed by management.
- General grounds and park maintenance
- Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
- High level of communication and written skills
- Cash handling experience
- Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
- Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
- Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
- Be available for an immediate start.
