Our Capital Markets - Private Wealth team specialises in the sale of investment and development properties between $1 million and $35 million, and have a proven track record in achieving the best results for both investors and owners. This senior role leads the Private Wealth Finance Team, with accountability across governance, trust accounting, settlements, working capital and offshore operations.

Here's What You'll Focus On

- Lead financial governance across trust accounting, settlements, commission invoicing and vendor fund management.
- Own the offshore operating model, setting service standards and building team capability.
- Drive transformation through automation and AI to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage supplier, contract and legal governance, coordinating with Procurement and Legal.

About You

- Financial operations leadership experience in a complex environment.
- Strong governance, compliance and risk management capability.
- Proven people leadership across onshore and offshore teams.




- Commercial acumen with experience in working capital and financial performance.
- A track record driving transformation, automation and operational improvement.
